Arranging Your Design Appointment

If you would like to experience the quality of our craftsmanship firsthand before making a decision, we provide a comprehensive selection of samples sent straight to your home.
Scheduling Your Technical Survey
Our professional installation team will visit your property to carry out a comprehensive site assessment. During this visit, they will verify all dimensions and technical details required for a precise fit, while identifying the optimal fixing method for your specific building structure. To remain environmentally conscious and minimize unnecessary carbon emissions, this on-site survey is scheduled exclusively after your quotation is finalized and you are fully prepared to move forward with your order.
Finalising and Placing Your Order
Following the technical site assessment, our design team will adjust your quotation to match the survey results and review all the final product choices with you. Manufacturing commences as soon as you sign off on the order details. Within two weeks of this confirmation, your dedicated Customer Relationship Manager will get in touch to provide a provisional installation date.
Manufacturing and Production
The typical timeframe from the start of manufacturing to final installation spans 6-10 weeks. We construct all of our windows and doors using certified, sustainably sourced wood, ensuring that every single piece of timber is fully traceable to a third-party accredited, responsibly managed forest.
Delivery Logistics
Your new windows and doors arrive on-site ahead of the scheduled installation, fully prepared for our fitting team. Arriving via rigid or articulated vehicles equipped with mechanical offloading tools, the delivery drivers handle all the heavy lifting for you.
